Can anyone advise me what the following symbols mean when trying to access
info on certain websites.

a red square, blue triangle and blue circle, in a box,
located in upper lefthand corner

It means there is supposed to be an image there, and through
either a website issue or your security settings the image
is not being displayed. It is actually a placeholder for the
image
