I send my letter to all the conferences accessible for me and I understand
very well that in the result of such crosspost I'll be thrown out of
internet. However I received the access in Internet for sending of my letter
only and I ask Vladimir Bisokov to excuse me this deception - but otherwise
I wouldn't have any possibility to publish this letter, so I ask to
understand me.
Three weeks passed and it is completely evident that the formed situation
can't be settled with some peaceful methods. So please read this letter. I
understand it is doubtful to wait for some help:. Well, let's pass from
words to facts.
Half a year ago I removed from Poltava City to Sevastopol. I was born in
Poltava, served in the Army there, worked. After my chief sent me to
Sevastopol Technical University to get the higher education. There I was
acquainted with Max Berestov([email protected]) who told me about Internet,
provided my access there and even set the program provision in my old
computer IBM486. So gradually I have joined network commonwealth and even
began to save money for more serious computer.
At that time some rumors reached me that Max Berestov is strange in
relations with his friends - just so by different reasons he closed the
access to internet for 5 persons and all it was accompanied by scandals. It
was said that there was the same reason i.e. some dirty affairs - for
example, there was a big scandal in connection that Max Berestov began to
require some payment for using IP address. In addition certain doubts were
appeared in connection with his template and swastika there on, some
syringes and preservatives as well as wide vodka bottles thrown about in
his apartment; naked women of thirty about that were always in his
apartment, some half - dressed boys of evident homosexual looks, portrait
of BRITNEY SPEARS on the plate to play "darts", the constant intoxication
(alcoholic or narcotic) of Max Berestov himself, the picture of a naked
woman on the ceiling -according to him to have "sexual acts" without getting
up, whether idiotic or narcotic addict's original statement " Service of the
artificial dissipation of mist away", certain incoherent letters :.
However I was silly and blind. And I paid for it. As I wrote already I began
to save up to some modern computer. I succeeded to save up 800 USD about and
it was for some quite good machine - DURON 850, 256RAM, 60GB hard disk,
printer, scanner, monitor 17" :. Max Berestov was engaged in its purchase as

Max Berestov and Boris Radov([email protected]) together brought me the
computer, set it in the system, we celebrated this affair very well. Before
to go out Max Berestov rummaged long in computer, did something then
switched it off, they went out and I went to bed.
In the morning my new computer refused to switch on. I phoned Max Berestov,
he said he would come and check all himself. He arrived, looked long into
computer. Then he said about some problem in BIOS and that it was necessary
to deliver this computer into Servicing Center but it wouldn't take much
time. He took my money for taxi and went out with computer in assembly -
i.e. printer, scanner, monitor -he carpet for "mouse" remained only.
He didn't appear this day as well as the next one. He didn't answer my phone
calls, his internetserver began to indicate my wrong password.
I visited him, forced his steel door, but he said me "****_off" without
opening the door and with threat to send for police. And generally speaking
he doesn't understand what I want and why I require any computer.
In the shop "Computer system" they said Boris Radov didn't work there for a
long time and Max Berestov came really and bought a computer but he made all
the documents on behalf of him. In advocate's opinion I have no chance for
success.
Then I phoned Boris Radov they said Boris Radov didn't reside there, he went
to Kiev for a not fixed term.
I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO ADDRESS, I HAVE NOBODY IN THIS TOWN. POLICE REFUSED TO
INVESTIGATE THIS AFFAIR. BEFORE VERY LONG AND I'LL KILL HIM AS AN INVETERATE
SKOUNDREL. HALF A YEAR I GORGED QUANO TO SAVE UP FOR THIS COMPUTER. I'M UP
TO MY NECK IN DEBT. I SOLD MY TV. I'LL BE EXPELLED FROM UNIVERSITY AS I
MISSED MANY STUDIES TO HAVE POSSIBILITY TO WORK.
IF SOME CAN HELP ME PLEASE HELP ME!!! I HAVE NOT ANY VERSIONS TO DO. WE ARE
FRIENDS. INTERNET - IS A NET OF FRIENDS, PLEASE HELP ME.
To me the new processor, motherboard, hard disk, memory is very necessary.
Do not throw out after improvement the old components.
