McAfee and Vista

I have always preferred McAfee as my anti virus etc, but even the McAfee
Total Cover will not work in Vista, It says on the website that it is
compatible with Vista so when I started installing it and got the "this
won't work" warning,,, I ignored it of course,,,,,,,, LOL

I ended up having to do a system restore, so beware should you want to use
McAfee,

I have no doubt thought that someone will have installed it without a
problem, it is always the way,

Having just spent hours cleaning a system that was protected by that pos
software you are probably better off without it.

McAfee and Windows is just as bad as Symantec and Windows.

I understand that NOD32 v.2.7 is compatible.

I agree with the others. Avoid McAfee and Symantec home products. Why
would you install anyway with all those warnings?
