Maybe Tweakui needs a fix?

To get the drive letters in "My Computer" to show before the label, in
PowerToys Tweakui I need to check "Never Show drive Letters". Weird.

Known issue, and remains unfixed yet. Keith Miller reported this problem
long time ago. Please
