Problem with the popup AutoPlay dialogue

I don't know why, but when I insert a memory stick or a CD, when the popup
autoplay dialogue is displayed, the listbox is completely empty.

I installed the PowerToy TweakUI in the hopes it would fix this. It shows
all the possible autoplay event handlers, so I don't know why this is not
working.

Any advice appreciated.

I downloaded and ran the utility. Did the Scan and Fix. Re-connected the
memory stick and the right handlers show. Way cool utility!
