Autoplay Handlers won't work with Blank CD/DVD

I've got a particular problem that I just don't know how to repair.

Everytime I insert a blanc media CD or DVD the autoplay menu "handlers"
won't appears. But, if I put a music CD or DVD Movie the autoplay handlers
shows.

Why the Blanc media can't make this autoplay to show?

I've tried all that seems possible.
The Autoplay Repairing Tool.
The TweakUI XP
Activating / Deactivating the option.
Unistalling Both DVD Drives and make windows redetect them again.

I'm all out of ideas.

Hello Ray,

If you have blank media then unless you have applications like Nero on the
machine the blank media won't autorun as its not formatted

If you install Nero then during installation it asks you if you want it to
autoplay when media is inserted.
