It sounds like you need some help, if you are not experienced in these things. It seems that your system has been compromised by malicious code that you downloaded from a web site or that came with an email attachment
You have several options
- try to clean up manuall
- try to find a utility that can restore your browser to its normal stat
- reinstall your syste
Cleaning up IE involves going to the Internet options and changing unwanted settings, locating files and directories on your hard drive and also cleaning up the registry. You may have only one problem or a number of different problems, so there is not a single source of information that I can point you to
Reinstalling Windows and IE is probably the most straight-forward option for you if you don't have help, but it may also not solve the problem entirely, because if you do a repair installation, Windows only updates its own files and the virus/trojan may still remain active
In the future, you should set your security to a higher level and install a firewall, such as the free version of ZoneAlarm, which will inform you of any unwanted network traffic
