Maximize

A few minutes ago my maximized page dropped to the lower 1/3 of the screen. My minimizing seems unaffected as does full page (F11). I've hot rebooted and shut off my computer and waited a few minutes. Neither helped. I'm writing this in a minimized window as the script at this point is not visible if I were to maximize it.

Well it's 45 minutes after the event occurred and it just spontaneously fixed itself.
