"Matched in URL"

Whenver I open any website, a small dialogue box pops up
and says "Matched in URL" on the top bar, and whatever
word in the box, such as Lawyer, Travel, and other random
words. I have had my computer for nearly a year, and
this just started happening about a week ago. I have
checked everywhere in the Internet Options to see if
there was something I could turn off, but there is
nothing that I can see. So, if anyone has any ideas for
help, please let me know. Thanks!
