Master Browser Announcment

A Windows 2000 Server is getting the message 'server
announcement indicating that the computer WINH4X is a
master browser, but this computer is not a master
browser.'

The server is used as a database server and has nothing
to do with being a master browser.

No helpful information was found on Microsoft's site.

What is the cause of this message? And what can be done
about it?
