Master Browser????

I just got my computer reformatted and plugged it to my ADSL modem. Then in
event viewer I got this error:

The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer
TOSHIBA-USER that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on
transport NetBT_Tcpip_{89BB31C8-2C7B-4. The master browser is stopping or an
election is being forced.

I don't understand this.... my brother is sharing the modem with me with his
laptop.... Please help.

Are you confused in thinking that the master browser has anything to do
with web browsers? Nope, it relates to the Computer Browser service
(i.e., how you find other hosts on your network).
