MAPI with OUTLOOK

I am sending Mail with MAPI from a program i wrote. It
relays trough outlook. It worked fine till i installed
SP3 for outlook. Now i get a popup massage to ask if i
want to send the mail. Not a big problem, but this
program is not being watch every day. Meaning that no one
can click the ok for the mail to send.

How can i remove this security feature from outlook 2000
with SP3 and outlook XP.
