Does WIndows Mail support Extended MAPI

Hey all,

When I send a message from my application to Outlook Express using
basic MAPI, I don't get a security dialog. But I do get an Outlook-
like security dialog when doing the same thing with WIndows Mail.

I avoid the security dialog while using Oulook by using Extended
MAPI. Does WIndows Mail also support Extended MAPI? I haven't been
able to find any information on this....
