manual updates

We have current version of the software installed. When
I try to update the software manually, we receive a
message that the update is complete but it does not
actually update any of the files. It works on one of the
four computers that have the software installed. One is
updates to August 25 and the others will not advance
beyond August 19th.

Please check the version via Help, about. Verify that all the machines are
on .615.

If any are on lesser versions, download and upgrade from:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...a2-6a57-4c57-a8bd-dbf62eda9671&displaylang=en

If the machines having problems, are, in fact, on .615, clear Temporary
Internet files, perhaps by using Ccleaner--www.ccleaner.org--and retry.
