managing terminal server clients

When I am on the server I can click on the client and
under the information tab see the IP address the client
is using and computer name. However when I try to manage
it from my computer, the only information I get is the
username. How can I make my computer show the same
information as the actual terminal server? thanks
 
Can you send us info on tools that you are using for these steps? Are you
referring to the information tab in terminal services manager?

Yes I am using the terminal services manager and I am
selecting the terminal server, selecting the client and
then clicking on the information tab. thanks
