For 95% of folders in XP MCE, I would like the files to be listed
Alphabetically and the others I have specific properties I would like,
like last file modified ot by type.

How can I set all folders alpha, and specific one the way I like. Is
there a universal setting I can use?

Thanks

Chaz

1. Open Folder the way you want it, sort order, ...
2. Open Tools | Options | View
3. Click on Apply to All Folders
4. Ensure Remember each folder's view settings IS CHECKED
5. Click OK

Now go to the folder you want different, and set it up as you like.
Each time you go to that folder, it will view as you leave it.

thank you!
