Make it a service

How would you make a application into a service so it
loads when the computer starts not when a user logs on?
There is a application the needs to run all the time, If
the computer reboots it is dependent on the user to
restart.

You can use a product like Service+ from Nicoware.
(http://nicoware.net/software/products/serviceplus)

We are using it on our servers and workstations without any problems.
Can even run Java programs as a service.
