Make IE default browser when clicking link

I have intenet links in an excel spreadsheet. When I click on them
Netscape starts to that link. I want to change this so IE starts...
How do I do this??

There's a setting you can toggle.

One way to get to it is:

Start MSInternet Explorer
Tools|Internet options|Programs tab
At the bottom of that dialog is a checkbox asking if MSIE should check to see if
it's the default browser.

Check it.

Then close MSIE and restart it (you may not have to do this, but it won't hurt).

Then you'll be asked if MSIE should be the default brower. Answer yes.

Then test it out in Excel.
