Is there a way to make a call through the computer using a
headset with a mic? Maybe there is a program or something?

There are many ways as Windows Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Net2Phone
etc. Probably Windows Messenger is already installed in your PC so all
you have to do is to set it up. Doesn't your system tray show Windows
Messenger icon?

You can use Windows Messenger for this and many other
applications like both camera and voice. Note I
said "Windows" messenger not MSN Messenger. Keep smiling
