Major startup frustration

I installed a new hard drive on my pc, and everything was working fine for
the most part. I had some problems with the display, the resolution was stuck
at the lowest; but otherwise functioning fine.

I restarted it after upgrading my Windows Update, and it would not start, at
all. I tried every single startup mode, none of them work.

Anyone have an idea of whats going on?
