Hi, i have the latest version of internet explorer, unfortunately i have great difficulty explaining the problems i'm having with it. Basically if i view a website for example first direct bank site, if i look at it from another computer its a black base web site with white writing, loads of graphics etc on it, on my pc its a white background with black writing, no buttons to press and links that only appear if i happen to discover them by moving over them with my mouse. Also then if i select something from the site, with a drop down menu, the text all overlaps one another as the menu bar has no colour in it, the i.t guy at work suggested re loading explorer, but as i'm using xp it wont allow me to do this saying i already have the latest version present. Please please please help, this is so frustrating, i cant view websites properly or use internet banking etc, HELP !!!
all help greatly appreciated, please mail me a suggestion at (e-mail address removed)
MAny many thanks.
