MAJOR MAJOR App Problem

Well to put it frankly they don't work... I can get
explorer to open... sometimes IE... control panel...
thats about it. All other programs dont work and say
they are not associated with a file type and i need to do
this in folder options. I've been there i have no idea
how you register .exe as everything depends on that.
Please help.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
