My customer received an email with a shortcut link to a message in Exchange
2003. But she cannot open it and there is an error told her that it need
"mailmsgatt" to be installed. My customer is using MS Outlook 2000. Could you
please provide me any suggestion?

I wish that I could help, but I am suffering from the same problem.

I am getting the same error ever since Office 2007 SP2 has been applied. It was happening earlier on our domain, but actually Office 2007 SP1 solved it; now its back!

It only affects some people, but I can't find anything consistent about those people, they are on different exchange servers and have totally different programs, etc. installed.
Has anyone figured this out?!!!
