mail set up

I had cox internet service for a while and they had changed my settings for
sending and receiving email now that I don't have thier service I can't send
email. I know the settings need put back I just don't know how to do it or
what to put
 
If you don't have their service, then you can't use their email servers...
Who provides your email account now?
