mail.bellsouth.net stopped sending email

Been using Windows Mail for a while without a problem, but today I have not
been able to send mail (though receiving mail OK.)

Error is: The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Arlene',
Account: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Server: 'mail.bellsouth.net', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10013, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I searched your threads and saw that I should check with my DSL provider.
Had been using mail.bellsouth.net for POP3 & SMTP, but they showed different
settings at http://www.att.com/esupport/article.jsp?sid=KB401568, so I tried
them, but I just ended up with different errors. Does anyone know if att
changed their settings requirements for former bellsouth.net users?
