Does Windows Mail have an "auto preview" option like Outlook 2003. I know
there is Preview Pane but that is not what I'm looking for?

Thanks

Can you describe what you want this "auto-preview" to do?
Sorry, I'm not that familiar with Outlook.

Auto Preview gives you about two lines of your email instead of having to
read through preview pane. I don't believe this is an option in Windows Mail
but I have upgraded to Outlook so it's a non-issue now, but thank you very
much for responding.

You could narrow the preview pane down to two lines if that seems better
to you. :)
To be sure, some people do need the extra features that Outlook offers.

Do you, by chance, know how to change the font of the folder list?

It's not easily done. That font is derived from the Windows system
font for icon text. To change that font:

Right-click on the Windows desktop, Personalize, Windows Color
and Appearance, "Open classic appearance properties...",
Advanced; under Item, select Icon, choose font type and size.

I was able to change the icon titles as you mentioned below but the folder
list in Outlook didn't change. I've done it before but just cannot remember
how. Any ideas?

"Outlook"? We don't support Outlook in this newsgroup.
If you meant Windows Mail, that procedure should work.
The only other thing you can do is change the dots per inch (DPI) of
the display, which makes text look bigger.
