Macromedia

I have windows XP home and have macromedia 7 installed. i have the main
account and my 3 children have limited accounts. When they all go to play on
the frosties "earn your stripes" page the page starts to load then it says
checking computer and it freezes. One of the children can access the games on
their name but not the other two so i tried on my account and it wont let me
access it either. Help have i done something wrong so that macromedia only
works on that page for one of the kids. They are driving me nuts arguing
about it. Thanks for any help.

It could be either Macromedia Flash Player or Shockwave Player...check both
here: http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/ They should work for
all users. Have you checked for Spyware and viruses?

Hi i am not that good with computers but i do have the flash plug in and it
still wont let 2 of the children access the "stripes" games. I dont even
understand how it works on one account and not the others.

Hi i have checked for both spyware and viruses and my pc is clean. I thought
that they worked for all users too. Thanks Any other ideas.

P.S. in Admin mode you could try doing a Start/Run/Regedit go to
HKLM/Software/Macromedia right click each object and set permissions?

The other thought is see if your video card need an update.

Thanks for all your help Peter. I have found out the problem macromedia
contacted me and told me i needed an ad-in in order to fully load and play
the game. But thanks for all the advice )
