Can someone please tell me how I can tell if the macromedia flash that
I tried to down load actually did download? I clicked the download now
button, it himmed and hawed a few moments then went back to the same
macromedia home page. I set my security to allow pop-ups from
Macromedia. I do have the Adobe icon on my toolbar now but not the
little "f" which supposedly signifies that the flash player installed.
I did get a screen to download but not one to install. I went back to
the website I was on (Sherwin-Williams Paints) to view their color
selections thinking that I would now be able to actually view them but
once (more like for the 20th time!) it told me that I needed to
download/install Macromedia Flash!!
Another thing while I am blowing off some steam? Why is Windows so
danged slow? I recently switched from dial up to a web provider
thinking it would be faster, but if anything it is slower?
Thanks for the help
