Macromedia's Flash Player????

I have Flash Player install BUT everytime I go to a page that requires Flash
I get a message such as "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an
old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Click here to get the latest flash
player." JavaScript is turned on and when I go to Macromedia's & dl it
immediately shows me the twirling rectriangle and says I have successfully
dl-ed Flash! I have done this at least 20X.

What gives~any help?

Don,

Make sure that the flash activex control is not blocked (using ActiveX
Kill-bit method). IOW, follow the reverse of the article below:
