Macromedia Flash Player are not runnning?

i tried to installed, repairing and download the latest version of Adobe
Flash Payer 9
but still not working on my system. (VISTA Home Basic)

Download the Adobe Flash Player removal tool, remove the player, and then
install a fresh copy.

As freddy advised, uninstall Flash Player first:

Then, for Internet Explorer, try the standalone installer. This is the
latest version (Adobe Flash Player
9.0.45.0):
