Download Flash from Adobe.com and continue. If the software you are
utilizing will not recognize that - it is outdated and poorly written.

Thank you for your help Peter
done what you said but computer still says it cannot find macromedia. I
deleted macromedia by mistake but why will it not pick up on the new download
of adobe flash player as it has taken over from m/media could you think of
any reason for this.

Go to the Adobe Flash Player website and look for their uninstaller
Download and then run it.......make sure all programs that would use the
program are NOT running..IE..Messenger etc
Then restart your machine
Go back to the Adobe website and download and install FlashPlayer
Test it.

I had a problem with this last week and followed those instructions ...the
only thing that did not work was the Adobe website install.
I finally downloaded a copy(Google search) from download.com and installed
it and it worked fine
But because the Adobe site supposedly installed I needed to run the
uninstaller again.
