Mac and explorer 5.2

All of the sudden I can no longer see bank pages. The statement below is what it says to do. There is no Internet option under tools I went under explorer to preferences and the scritping was enabled. reloaded. Same problem what can I do I also get a erroe message that show also all of the sudden no matter if I'm online or not it is -43

Internet Explore
Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab -> Interne
Select Custom Level
Scroll to bottom of list until you see Scripting.
Change Active Scripting from Disable to Enable
Click OK and reload the previous page.
