When I try to open Index page (using front page) I get a message across top
that reads. to help protect security, internet explorer has restricted this
web page from running script or active x controls that would access your
computor. click for options. options are 1 allow blocked content 2 whats
the risk 3 more info.
I can open other pages, just cant open index page.

Recently update Micro, how do I make changes on index page.
