MAC Address of WiFi associated access point

Hi,

is there a possibility to get the MAC address of the associated access point
?
I use wifi roaming and have to know in which access point my PocketPC is
associated to.
OpenNetCF have a lot of stuff examining the network, but all I can get is
the
name of the associated access point, not the MAC address. But in roamed
networks, the name is the same on all access points. Furthermore ONCF
have a collection of nearby access points, but no property which says if I'm
connected or not.
Does anyone know a solution ?

Best regards
Alex

No, there's no way that I can see to get the MAC address of the associated
access point unless it's the only one nearby with the SSID you're associated
with. You can get the MAC addresses of all of the nearby access points
easily (that's in the AccessPoint class).

If you're trying desperately to use this for location information, your best
bet is to use the MAC addresses and signal strengths of the nearby access
points, rather than assuming that you're associated with the closest one
(which won't be the case).
