Lycos Search

Hello,

I have a IBM T40 and for some reason i have search my whole system for lycos
search or something like that.

everytime i tried to use my browser to search or to go to a website it uses
lycos search instead of my google toolbar that i have it to be the default
search engine for my IE.

i dont find nothing in the Add/Remove programs for lycos,

Can someone help me to remove lycos?

You probably have some malware on your system. Lycos Search is just one
type of malware. Go through these removal steps systematically:
