When I booted my computer this window message came up

lsass.exe - Bad Image

The application or DLL c:\windows\system32\cryptdll.dll
is not a valid windows image.
Please check this against ypur installation disk.

I cannot not get into any sort of safe mode due this
message.

Please provide steps on how to correct this error.
