has anyone seen this error and know of any fixes

Sounds like the Sasser work. That's the first thing I'd check for.

If it keeps happening, it's possible you've been infected
with the Sasser worm.

It means your system with the Sasser virus is not running correctly.
Please re-install the Sasser Virus by connecting to the internet with
out any security updates or security software. Then the Sasser virus
will function properly, and you should stop seeing these messages.
