LSASS.EXE Terminated Unexpectedly with Status Code 128

Anyone have any idea what would cause this error
"LSASS.EXE Terminated Unexpectedly with Status Code 128"

I have scanned with 2 different virus scanners and have
found nothing. Any help would be great.
