Lsass.exe terminated with Status 128

I am getting a message Lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly with Status code
128 on one of our Windows 2000 Domain controller and it is rebooting
continuously- Tried logging thro Safe mode and last known
configuration-Nothing worked- Any suggestions to fix this problem?

I am not able to login in safe mode or normal mode- How can I check for
