lsass.exe & cryptdll.dll

hello...my computer says "lsass.exe can't find
cryptdll.dll" and when the button is clicked, all I get is
a blue screen. I tried re-booting with the MS Reboot cd,
but that returns me to the same "lsass.exe" error
message. Have I ruined the computer? What do I do?
