I have Dell 4600c model xp 2003 office basic ed. installed.
After several failure to start, it won't boot anymore. I tried boot from
cd, won't work either. When I turn on, simply after Dell loge screen, window
blue bar kept running about 15 minutes, then screen goes blank with popup
window saying,
"lsass.exe-Unable To Locate Component"
"This application has failed to start because cryptdll.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.".
When I click ok, then screen goes completly black, but only the mouse work
with arrow.
Would there be any possible way to repair this problem? I don't have backup
and CD-rom is dead. Now, I'm so devastated and deperatly need help.
