Low sound

Hello,
I'm having a problem with my volume when I use Either Windows Media
Player or Music Jukebox. I can just make out any volume coming from my
speakers. I have them plugged in to the correct jack and I have my volume s
to the max. Any solutions?
Thanks

Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices. Click on the first Advanced tab and
adjust the volume there...

Aside from the Windows Media Player's volume, your speaker itself may have a
volume control & when you open Control Panel > Sounds & Audio Devices >
Volume tab > under the 'Device Volume' heading (another volume slide),
click 'Advanced'. The 'Wave/Direct Sc' also controls the Windows Media
Player's volume on my computer.

I just watched an mp4 with Nero showtime, I lowered the volume and when the
video was over I went about doing other things and noticed that the lower
volume setting in showtime lowered my entire system volume with everything
else. Perhaps you might check your other programs sound level.
