The problem description:
MAIL SERVER: Lotus Notes
CLIENT: Outlook 2007
When the people responded to email with the original e-mail attached using
Lotus Notes, only attached email are retrieved by Outlook 2007. If we
login
to Lotus Notes directly (I set the parameter to keep the copy at the Lotus
Notes mailserver), the email is complete. When I switch back to Outlook
2003
the problem do not happened.
The interesting observation: it is intermittent problem. I still gathering
info on what are the difference between mail with problem and mail without
problem.

Roady said:Mail format (Plain Text, HTML, Rich Text) and the way that it gets converted
could have something to do with this.
Also 3rd party mail scanners (anti-spam, anti-virus, anti-phising, etc...)
that integrate with Outlook are known causes of message corruption.

I have tried several combination, turning off the all anti-xxx and other
possible software that may caused the problem. The result showing that the
problem still exist. I conclude it is problem at Outlook 2007.
