cannot read replies from lotus notes email in outlook 2003 sp2

When receiving email replies from Lotus Notes the email is blank except for
the original attached message. Original message sent in rich text. Outlook
2003 sp2.

You wouldn't be using McAfee Spamkiller, would you?

This is well known to corrupt the headers of messages from Lotus Notes,
causing the contents of the messages to appear blank.
