Tabbed Tables (Lotus Notes Style)

My organisation is moving its mail platform from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange using Outlook 2007. In Lotus Notes, I could create a tabbed table in an email message that allowed users to select a copy of the message in their native language - see example. Is it possible to do something similar in Outlook?

This isn't a binary newsgroup. Put your image on one of the many free
image-hosting web servers and include a link to that site if you wish people
to see pictures.

No tabbed viewing in Outlook. No translation services, either.
