Reply missing from e mail from a lotus notes users

When sending e-mail to anyone using Lotus Notes, their reply is always
missing. I receive only my original message back. If I go direct to the web
mail server not using Outlook their reply is there. Why my outlook POP
account will not download the reply that is siting on the mail server?

I have this problem when receiving responses through Lotus Notes to Outlook.
Can anyone help?
