Lost URL to sites review

Hello All

It seems like I deleted one of my favorites. Does anyone here know the site
that has all the reviews (by stars) of many freeware sites. The one I'm
thinking about has an alphabet at the bottom, and you click on the letter to
look at the summaries/review of the sites that start with that letter?
Anyone know who runs that site?
