lost toolbar on my top of file settings

under my computer i no longer have any toolbar.
thereforew i have no back or forward arrows. no file edit
icons. does anyone know how to get this back

If the Menu is missing also. Press F11. If the menu is NOT missing
R-click in that area and put a check mark next to Standard buttons.

You should be able to place your arrow (mouse) to the
right of help on an empty spot and right click it, then
choose the tool bars you want, standard is common.
