Lost toolbar at the top of my home page

I had other problems with connection and called Dell and got help with that
so problem is solved. The problem now is that when I'm on my home page I
don't have the toolbar at the top of my page, like bookmarks and that kind of
stuff. Anyone know how I can get that back?

Rightclick a blank part of the tabs bar, to put a check in "Menu bar". You
may have to uncheck 'lock the toolbars"
