Toolbar disappeared in IE

Hi,
I'm user IE as my browser and have Windows Vista as OS. Yahoo is my home
page and heres my problem: Vista came with a Google toolbar under the address
bar. Directly under that was another toolbar. I hadn't paid any real
attention to that toolbar for anything other than my bookmarks which I use
constantly. That toolbar has disappeared. There is still room for a toolbar
there - the space is still there - it is just blank. Off to the left there
is a star which claims to have my favorites - but it never has. There is a
third toolbar which has 'tools' as a tab over on the far right. I clicked on
tools, then toolbars, then Yahoo toolbar and it is checkmarked now - but I
can't seem to get it back. I've toggled it off and on - no luck. Help
please!

What toolbar was it? The menu bar perhaps (that says FILE EDIT VIEW
FAVORITES TOOLS HELP)?
If that is it, just right click an empty space on the toolbar & check Menu
Bar, or for it to temporarily appear, I believe it is the ALT key.

in IE, click on "view", "toolbars". Make sure that the toolbars that you want
in IE have a tick beside them. Those that you don't want, click on them to
untick them.

With your "Favs" star, right-click on it, and sort it from there.

To get your mail icon in IE, right-click the"favs" star, "customise command
bar", then "add and remove commands"
